Keith has been involved with carnivals for over 50 years. Keith has been a member of Frome carnival committee since 1974. Keith first got involved with carnival in Frome when he helped build and performed on the J. W. Singer and Sons float in 1954.

He is currently Assistant Judging Organiser of Frome Carnival Committee, Chairman of the Frome Carnival Charities committee and Judging Organiser of the Wessex G.P. circuit of carnivals.
